The role involves cold calling salon and beauty centers by sourcing contact numbers from Google Maps and converting them into qualified leads and sales.Key Responsibilities:Search and identify salon & beauty centers using Google MapsMake outbound calls to decision-makers (owners/managers)Explain the product and its benefits clearlyGenerate leads and close salesMaintain basic call and lead recordsRequirements:Good communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language is a plus)Prior telesales or cold-calling experience preferred (B2B experience is a bonus)Comfortable with targets and incentive-based earningsSelf-driven and disciplined (minimal supervision)Compensation:Fixed salary + high-performance incentivesTop performers can earn up to ₹70,000 per monthWork Mode:Remote / Work from homeFull-time
