Eligibility Criteria:

· Must have minimum 1 year experience into Tele sales Voice Process(Insurance Background)

· HSC/Any degree

· Excellent Communication Skills in English with any regional language (Kannada (or) Telugu (or) Malayalam (or) Hindi

· Age limit up to 32 years

· No of Position : 5

· Preferred Language : Hindi• /Kannada /Telugu / Malayalam.

· Salary- up to 22K Gross salary + Performance Incentives

Tele sales Executive Responsibilities:

· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

· Performs follow-up calls as needed.

· Advises on insurance coverage.

· Conducts periodic policy reviews.

· Prepares insurance proposals.

· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

· Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
