Telesales Executive – Tour & Travel

Location: Shakurpur, Delhi
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: 20,000 – 55,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Convert leads into customers by explaining travel packages and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
Follow up with prospective clients to close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales.
Experience in the Tour & Travel industry is preferred.
Candidates from any hardcore telesales/sales background are also welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
