Senior Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of Meethi Goli.

• Convert company-generated leads into sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product usage.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Provide detailed product information and resolve customer queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow communication scripts and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

• Report daily sales performance to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience (preferred in healthcare or wellness).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to explain medical or wellness products in simple language.

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call tracking tools).

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in selling healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic/homeopathic products.

• Good listening skills and patience with customer queries.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn product details.
