Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Presales Executive to join our Real Estate
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients,
understanding their property requirements, and assisting them throughout the process to ensure
seamless customer experience. This role involves proactive client interaction, lead
qualifications, and coordination of site visits to support successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls and digital inquiries.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and lead progress in
the CRM system.
Collaborate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and closure support.
Achieve defined targets for lead conversions, client engagement, and site visit
scheduling.
Deliver superior client experience through professional communication and relationship
management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related
fields).
0–2 years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement roles (Real
Estate industry experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Good understanding of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
