Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-driven. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining loan products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products or services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a daily call log.

• Understand customer requirements and explain product features accordingly.

• Convert qualified leads into appointments or sales.

• Maintain and update customer databases in CRM.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams for lead closures.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience (finance/banking/insurance preferred).

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Confident and result-oriented personality.

• Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.

• Must be based in or willing to work in Baner, Pune.
