Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell Interactive Flat Panels to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients. The role involves handling inbound leads, customer communication, product presentations, and converting prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Sales Conversion
Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, JustDial, website, and marketing campaigns.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements for interactive smart boards.
Convert leads into qualified opportunities and sales closures.
Customer Engagement
Explain features, benefits, and applications of Pixtouch Interactive Flat Panels.
Provide product demos online or schedule physical demos with the field sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate customers.
Sales Process Management
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product details.
Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Maintain proper lead and sales data in CRM or Excel.
Coordination
Assist in arranging product demos, installations, and training sessions.
Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Track lead status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience handling IndiaMART / JustDial leads
Hands on experience on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
Preferred Experience
2–4 years’ experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales
Experience in EdTech, IT products, AV solutions, or smart classroom products
Salary:
2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs per annum + incentives
