Educational Qualification: Any graduate with equivalent course in counselling
Key Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Education/HR/Management background preferred).
Good communication skill sin English and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Trustworthiness, team player, solution-minded
Roles and Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about educational courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Handle walk-in inquiries and follow up with leads.
Generate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms.
Conduct tele-calling and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update the student database in CRM software (leads, inquiries, follow
ups).
Provide accurate and timely information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students.
Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
