Head – Telecalling & CRM
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai.
Experience: 6+ Years
Industry Preference: BPO / B2C Sales / Telecalling
Role Summary
We are looking for a strong leader to head our Telecalling & CRM team. The team handles customer inquiries and cold calling for Eat Easy products (mainly customers travelling abroad and travel agents).
Your role will be to improve conversions, build a disciplined calling system, coach the team, and ensure daily targets are met. You must be comfortable leading from the front and taking calls yourself daily.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage B2C telecalling executives team
● Ensure daily call targets (200+ calls per agent)
● Telecalling daily to close leads
● Monitor CRM and ensure proper follow-ups
● Improve scripts, offers, and call quality
● Listen to call recordings and coach the team
● Track daily numbers: calls, follow-ups, conversions, revenue
Key Skills
● Strong B2C sales experience
● Cold calling and lead conversion
● CRM and calling software knowledge
● Team handling and performance management
● Good objection handling and negotiation skills
● Target-driven and disciplined
Requirements
● 6+ years experience in BPO / telecalling / sales
● At least 2+ years experience managing a calling team
● Proven track record of meeting sales targets
● Good English & Hindi communication
● Results-focused
