We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, fix appointments for the Sales Manager, and promote CRM software and website development services. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, data collection, maintaining CRM records, and driving qualified sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services (CRM software & website solutions).
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database research.
Fix qualified appointments for the Sales Manager.
Collect and update customer information (email, contact details, business requirements).
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Handle customer queries and provide basic product/service information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong telephonic etiquette and persuasive ability.
Basic understanding of CRM software and website services (preferred).
Good data management and documentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot – preferred).
Ability to work under target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, CRM entry).
