Job Title: TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads to support sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested customers
Maintain call records and update CRM/database
Achieve daily /weekly /monthly call and sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years
Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
Updated MS office skills,

Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and team player Target-oriented mindset
