Job purpose:
Manage an assigned customer portfolio through phone/digital interactions, understand customer needs, provide banking solutions, and achieve sales targets. HDFC describes its VRM model as personalised customer engagement combined with virtual sales and service.

Key responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to assigned/existing customers.
Engage customers and understand their financial requirements.
Sell/cross-sell HDFC Bank products based on customer profiling.
Achieve monthly sales and portfolio targets.
Explain banking products and encourage customers to use digital banking.
Maintain quality of customer interactions.
Follow banking, tele-calling and regulatory/compliance requirements.
