We are looking for a high-performing Senior Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing B2B sales, and mentoring junior telesales staff. Your main focus will be on selling software products, SaaS solutions, and IT services such as cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services to clients across industries.
Understand client needs and position relevant software and IT service solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
Generate and maintain a qualified pipeline through cold calling and lead follow-ups.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads).
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to support the sales process.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Mentor junior telesales executives and support in training efforts.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
3–5+ years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in software or IT services.
Proven track record of B2B sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT solutions – such as SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM tools.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience selling to international markets (e.g., US, UK, Middle East).
Understanding of industry trends like digital transformation, cloud migration, or AI in business.
