Sales Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Telecallers who can handle telephonic conversations with applicants, explain award and recognition services, and convert leads into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities

Call and coordinate with prospective applicants and nominees
Explain award categories, benefits, and services
Handle nominations, registrations, and follow-ups
Maintain applicant database and call records
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales team and office staff
Provide proper information and guidance to applicants

Eligibility Criteria

12th Pass / Graduate
Age: 18 – 30 Years
Male & Female both can apply
Fresher & Experienced both welcome
Basic communication skills required
Sales or telecalling experience preferred

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month
