Job Summary :-
As an experienced Tele Sales Executive at Asvil Galaxy Finserv, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound sales calls, generating quality loan leads, and converting them into successful business. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication, follow-up discipline, and financial product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Make outbound and handle inbound calls for loan products
(Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Car Loan, Tractor Loan, etc.)
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Generate, follow up, and close quality leads
Explain interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and process flow clearly
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursement
Maintain accurate customer and call data in CRM/system
Handle objections professionally and ethically
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility & Qualifications :-
MBA in Sales & Marketing or Finance (Mandatory)
Prior experience in Tele Sales / Loan Sales is required
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Language Requirements :-
Fluent in English
Fluent in Hindi
Fluent in Telugu
Key Skills Required :-
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Excellent follow-up and closing ability

Basic computer and CRM knowledge
