Tele calling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for sales, follow-ups, or lead generation.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, feedback, and customer interactions.
Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
Follow communication scripts and maintain a positive, friendly tone with clients.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, directing visitors, and managing correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office team when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience in tele calling, reception, or front office roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
