Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for Telecallers (Freshers or Experienced) to join our team. Your job is to call people, tell them about our study and tourist visa services, and help bring in new clients. You must speak Hindi and Punjabi clearly and confidently.

Main Duties:

• Call people and tell them about our visa services.

• Explain things clearly and answer their questions.

• Find people who are really interested (leads).

• Follow up with them by phone or WhatsApp.

• Keep records of your calls and leads.

• Help clients book appointments with our visa team.

Monthly Targets & Incentives:

• You must bring at least 1 lead each month to keep your salary.

• If you bring 3 leads a month, you will get extra money as a bonus.

• The leads must be real people who are serious about getting a visa.

What You Need:

• Finished at least 12th class

• Freshers and experienced people can apply.

• Must speak Hindi and Punjabi well.

• Should have good talking and convincing skills.

• Knowing about visa services is good, but not necessary.

• Should know how to use a phone, WhatsApp, and computer.
