We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller cum Data Manager to handle IndiaMART leads related to our electrical products (switches, sockets, LED accessories, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, managing data, and ensuring consistent follow-ups until deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and communicate with IndiaMART leads (LED consuming parties, dealers, distributors, etc.) to understand their requirements.
Share product details, quotations, and offers with interested clients.
Maintain and manage customer data and communication records on WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Conduct daily follow-ups with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal sales team for closures.
Update lead status regularly (Interested, Follow-up, Closed, Not Interested, etc.).
