Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls.
Promote and explain the features and benefits of Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Qualify leads based on eligibility criteria and customer requirements.
Generate quality sales leads and convert them into successful disbursements.
Assist customers in completing the application and documentation process.
Follow up regularly with prospects until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
Mentor junior telecallers by sharing best practices and assisting with training when required.
