Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales through outbound/inbound calls, converting leads, closing deals, and supporting the tele-sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion rates.
Handle complex queries and escalations.
Update CRM with call records and prepare basic sales reports.
Guide and support junior telesales staff when required.
Requirements:
2–5+ years of tele-sales or inside sales experience.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Proven ability to meet sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Salary Slot: 20,000 to 22,000
