Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales and Support Executive to handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries, build client relationships, and provide after-sales support. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and chat

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain and update CRM records

• Follow up on leads and close sales

• Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand and present products clearly

• Experience in sales or customer support preferred
