Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Without target base)

Job Purpose:

The Tele Sales Cum Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating sales through tele-calling, coordinating with distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records to support overall sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele Sales Operations

  • Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and prospective customers

  • Promote SOROO products, schemes, and new launches

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders

  • Follow up for payments and repeat orders

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

2. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with field sales team, warehouse, and accounts department

  • Prepare sales orders, Proforma Invoices (PI), and order confirmations

  • Track dispatch status and update customers regularly

  • Handle customer queries and basic complaint coordination

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily sales data, order records, and follow-up sheets

  • Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel

  • Track targets, achievements, and pending payments


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Sales Coordination

  • Experience in Electronics / Mobile Accessories / FMCG preferred


Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English

  • Strong follow-up and negotiation ability

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email

  • Ability to multitask in the back office and work under pressure
