We are looking for a confident and proactive Outreach Executive to connect with potential clients through outbound calls. The role involves introducing our IT services, handling both cold and hot leads, understanding client requirements, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with the Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of software development and technology.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls across Indian and international markets.
Handle both cold leads and hot/inbound leads professionally.
Introduce the company's IT services and solutions.
Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Build professional relationships with decision-makers and maintain regular follow-ups.
Stay updated on the company's services, technologies, AI solutions, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident speaking with Indian and international clients over the phone.
Basic understanding of software development, IT services, AI solutions, and emerging technologies.
Ability to understand client requirements and explain technical services in simple language.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and lead management.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Make outbound calls to cold prospects and follow up with hot/inbound leads.
Introduce company services and understand client requirements.
Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Research companies, decision-makers, industries, and competitors before outreach.
Maintain lead records and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns and qualified leads.
Achieve daily call, follow-up, and lead qualification targets.
