Position: Telemarketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Take Inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers across various industries to introduce and explain our services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Webzo Technologies' Website Development solutions.
Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and provide information about our services to generate interest.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment bookings in the CRM system.
Researching information as required.
Work closely with the Website Development and marketing team to improve to Complete the Project On time.
Should able to handle Escalation calls

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to explain Our Website Development Services to non-technical clients.
Should be able to talk in English and Hindi for effective communication.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Basic Email writing skills for documentation & Sales Proposal
