Sales Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Telecaller / Telecare Executive to generate sales through outbound calls, follow up on leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain product offerings.

• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or follow-ups for field sales team.

• Respond to incoming customer queries and resolve issues or forward them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools or Excel sheets.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and offers during calls.

• Share customer insights and market trends with the team to help improve service and product strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduate preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

• Strong verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English/Regional Language].

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
