Ek Credit Card Telecaller ke roop mein aapka primary goal bank ke products ko promote karna aur sales targets ko pura karna hota hai. Aapko daily basis par cold calling karni hoti hai aur potential leads ko customers mein convert karna hota hai
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Leads ki list par calls karna aur naye customers ko credit card offer karna.
Product Explanation: Customers ko credit card ke features, benefits (jaise rewards, cashback), aur eligibility ke baare mein samjhana.
Documentation & Follow-up: Interest dikhane wale customers se zaroori documents maangna aur application process complete karne ke liye follow-up lena.
Query Handling: Interest rates, annual fees, aur billing cycle se jude sawalon ke jawab dena.
Database Management: Har call ki detail CRM system ya database mein update karna.
Target Achievement: Company dwara diye gaye monthly sales ya lead generation targets ko pura karna.
Required Skills
