Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Urban Money Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact leads, cold-call prospects, or reach out to existing bank customers to offer loan products..

• Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and benefits to convert prospects into successful loan applicants..

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation or loan disbursal.

• Handle queries, resolve doubts regarding loan products, and ensure a smooth customer experience

• Excellent verbal skills in local languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu) are required.

• Full-time, often in banking, BPO, or Direct Sales Agent (DSA) roles.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
