Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Sales telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and updating information accurately, supporting key data management processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain product/services and generate sales.

• Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and ensure timely communication with customers.

• Update and maintain customer information and sales records accurately in the system.

• Support the sales team with data management and documentation activities.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and performance.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
