Job Title: Telecaller (Female) – Full Time (Day Shift)

We are looking for a dedicated and confident female telecaller to join our team. The role involves interacting with clients, handling inquiries related to stocks and mutual funds, and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Handle customer queries related to stock market and mutual fund services
Maintain records of calls and client interactions
Follow up with leads and ensure client engagement
Provide basic information about company services

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role
Basic English communication skills (spoken & understanding)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle calls professionally
