Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.

• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.

• Update CRM/database with customer details and call outcomes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
