Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products/services
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM or Excel)
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion
