• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers in a clear and convincing manner.

• Generate leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and offers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

• Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements with the sales team.

• Support in promotional campaigns and dealer network expansion.
