Job Description

Call and follow up on Outbound calls from website, social media and marketplaces
Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, usage, and pricing clearly
Close sales and generate confirmed orders through CRM or order management system
Address customer queries related to product suitability, usage, delivery, and offers
Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries, abc cart into purchases
Update customer details, call status, and follow-ups in CRM daily
Coordinate with logistics and support teams for order confirmation and delivery issues
Track cancellations, returns, and feedback
Achieve monthly sales conversion targets
Improve repeat purchase rate and upselling / cross-selling
Follow sales scripts and SOPs while maintaining natural conversation
