Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Tele caller to join our tea. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹20000 - ₹45000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Conversion:

   • Make outbound calls to qualified leads and handle inbound inquiries.

   • Identify customer needs, build rapport, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.

   • Convert leads into sales opportunities by explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions.

   • Follow up on cold leads, nurture relationships, and re-engage with past customers.

   • Maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.

   • Revenue Generation:

   • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively converting leads into paying customers.

   • Close sales through direct communication and offering tailored solutions to customers.

   • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering post-sale support.

   • Engage with leads/customers via calls, emails, or other communication methods to drive customer retention.

   • Reporting & Documentation:

   • Track all sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation in the CRM system.

   • Provide regular updates on lead status, pipeline health, and overall performance to management.

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with target orientation.
