Senior Telecaller Executive (Female) – Smile

📍 Location: Ballygunge / Gariahat Market, South Kolkata

💰 Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

Smile is looking for a Senior Telecaller Executive who can confidently handle sales over telecalling and conference calls. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali, and have prior experience in closing deals over the phone.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain products/services and handle queries effectively.
Conduct conference calls with clients when needed.
Convert leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain follow-ups and daily call records.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum HS Pass
Experience: Minimum 3 months of telecalling experience
Gender: Female candidates only
Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali. Optional Language Preference: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada.
Location: Must be able to work from our Ballygunge / Gariahat office
