Sales Telecaller

Job Overview:

Shree Shyam Fire Systems is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our fire safety products and services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Promote the company's products and services through various online and offline channels.

•  Make sales calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads and close sales.

•  Share product and service quotations with clients in a timely and professional manner.

•  Maintain a client-wise price record to ensure consistent and personalized pricing.

•  Regularly send promotional content, offers, and updates to clients via email, WhatsApp, or calls.

•  Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

•  Support in preparing presentations, sales reports, and marketing materials when needed.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

•  Proven interest or experience in sales and marketing (1+ year preferred, freshers may also apply).

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

•  Basic understanding of quotation creation and client handling.

•  Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.

•  Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.

•  Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
