Key responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
· Answer inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
· Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
· Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
· Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable solutions.
· Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.
· Take feedback from the customer after the product has been delivered.
Required Skills
· Good verbal communication skills (Hindi and basic English).
· Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
· Convincing and negotiation skills.
· Customer-focused attitude.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) and CRM softwares.
· Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

· Preferred Qualification
Required Qualifications:
BBA / MBA in (Sales & Marketing) or equivalent.
