Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.
Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the management.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Proven experience as Telecaller / Customer Support / Telesales (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as applicable].
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
