Job Location: Vibhuti khand ,gomti nagar ,lucknow
Experience: 0–2 years
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives (FIXED SALARY)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain financial products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans, LAP, etc.
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language preferred).
Basic knowledge of finance or loan products (training will be provided).
Confidence, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work with targets and incentives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling or finance experience is an added advantage.
