We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth operations
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer service executive preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling software)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Polite, confident, and professional phone manner
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
