Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads for EV Scooters and Solar Panel solutions.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Understand customer requirements and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and coordinate follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Update customer information, call records.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer engagement and closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
