We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Appointment Setter / Telecaller to support both our Sales and Service departments. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound and inbound calls, qualify customer requirements, schedule appointments for the sales and service teams, maintain customer records, and ensure timely follow-ups
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases and marketing campaigns. Introduce the company's products and services professionally. Identify customer requirements and qualify leads. Schedule meetings for Sales Executives with qualified prospects. Confirm appointments one day before scheduled meetings. Follow up with customers who requested quotations or additional information. Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business opportunities.
Receive service requests from customers. Register complaints and service requirements accurately. Schedule service visits for technicians based on priority and location. Coordinate with the service department regarding technician availability. Inform customers about appointment timings. Follow up after service completion to obtain customer feedback. Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the Service Manager.
Complete assigned outbound call targets. Respond to inbound customer calls promptly. Schedule and confirm appointments. Send appointment reminders to customers. Coordinate with sales executives and service engineers. Maintain updated records of all customer interactions. Report daily performance to the Team Leader or Manager
