We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products, generating potential leads.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with interested customers until closure.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel reports.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for customer requirements.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM).

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
