Job Description: Telesales Executive

Electric Scooty Company - Dasna, Ghaziabad, UP

We’re hiring energetic telesales reps to sell our electric scooty rentals over phone! Make 80-100 calls daily, close deals, hit targets. Base ₹18,000-22,000 + incentives!

Key Responsibilities

• Call leads (WhatsApp numbers from Dasna, Ghaziabad, Delhi-NCR) to pitch scooty rentals

• Explain features: 100km range, ₹5/km rate, Dasna pickup, battery swapping

• Handle objections: “Too expensive?” → “Saves ₹2/km vs petrol!”

• Close bookings: Collect advance via UPI, confirm pickup time

• Update CRM: Call logs, sales, customer feedback

• Meet daily target: 5-8 bookings (₹50k-80k revenue)

What We Need

• Age 20-32, fluent Hindi (English bonus)

• 6-12 months telesales/BPO experience preferred

• Fast talker, handles rejection, target-driven

• Basic laptop/phone/internet (company provides dialer)

• 10 AM - 7 PM shifts (Sunday off)

What You Get

• Base: ₹18,000-22,000/month

• Incentives: ₹500/booking + ₹5,000 monthly bonus
