Job Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Contact business owners and decision-makers to introduce PRO TENDER services.
Explain Government Tender, GeM, MSME, ISO, DSC, and other business solutions to clients.
Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
Regularly follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
Maintain client records and update the CRM or Excel sheet.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle B2B sales and client follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility
Graduate or equivalent (Preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Experience in B2B Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Tender Consultancy, GeM, Banking, Insurance, or IT Services will be an added advantage.
