Tele Sales Representative – Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for order follow-ups, payment reminders, and service updates.

Respond to and follow up on online enquiries from websites, social media, and marketplaces.

Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and enquiry status.

Build rapport with customers, check on satisfaction, collect feedback, and address basic concerns.

Coordinate with sales and admin teams to ensure smooth communication and task follow-through.

Follow up with job candidates and schedule interviews.
