Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.

• Explain product features and benefits to clients.

• Answer customer questions and address concerns to build interest and trust.

• Maintain a database of customer information and calls made.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer rejections and objections professionally.

• Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when necessary.

• Provide feedback on customer trends and responses to improve strategie
