Position: Telecaller Fundraiser

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Telecaller Fundraiser to support our NGO’s fundraising campaigns by connecting with donors over calls and promoting social causes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

Explain NGO campaigns and fundraising objectives professionally.

Encourage donors to contribute and support social initiatives.

Maintain donor records and update call details regularly.

Follow up with interested donors for donations and support.

Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.

Handle donor queries politely and professionally.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work in a target-based environment.

Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Qualification

Undergraduate/Graduate can apply.
