The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating sales leads, converting inquiries into sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall sales targets of the dealership. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong customer service orientation.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote two-wheeler sales, offers, and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Convert leads generated through calls, campaigns, and digital platforms into showroom visits and sales.
Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
Explain product features, pricing, finance options, and special schemes over the phone.
Coordinate with sales team, CRM, and showroom staff to ensure smooth lead handling.
Follow up on pending leads, enquiries, and documentation.
Achieve monthly call targets, lead conversion targets, and appointment booking goals.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of two-wheeler products and features (training can be provided).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).
