Sales Telecaller

• Sales and Prospecting:

  • Identifying potential customers through various methods (e.g., cold calling, referrals, online platforms). 

  • Promoting and selling credit card products to individuals and businesses. 

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. 

• Customer Service and Relationship Building:

  • Providing excellent customer service and answering customer questions. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new customers. 

  • Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. 

• Application Processing and Onboarding:

  • Completing and processing credit card applications accurately and efficiently. 

  • Following up with customers to ensure smooth onboarding and card activation. 

• Product Knowledge and Continuous Learning:

  • Maintaining strong knowledge of credit card products, features, and benefits. 

  • Staying updated on ongoing promotions and changes in product features. 

  • Undertaking training on the company's products and services. 

• Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Participating in teamwork and collaborating with other departments. 

  • Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Providing post-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. 

  • May involve cross-selling other financial products and services (e.g., insurance, loans).
